Tom lives in Billerica, MA, about half an hour outside Boston. He's on every intro call. He's on every monthly strategy call.

How we work

A small shop, by design.

We focus on SEO, AEO, and PPC for B2B and technology companies, and we offer a fractional growth-marketing engagement for clients who want one partner picking the channel mix. We deliberately keep our client roster small so that the founders can be involved in the strategy and execution of every account we take on. The people architecting your program are experienced search marketing pros with real-world business experience who are also stake-holders in the company.

This helps ensure a high level of skill, an understanding of business objectives, and a high degree of care in servicing your account. It also means we're not for everyone. We typically start either at a $6,000 project price or $6,000 a month for ongoing services. We find this level of investment helps ensure that you get sustainable results that will help grow your business.

To deliver any of our services we also need you to help us help you. We start each engagement learning about your company, your prospects, your industry, and your competitors. Over the course of an engagement we'll need help on things like feedback on content topics, getting content live on your site, landing page updates, and having technical recommendations implemented by your dev team. Typically a successful engagement means there's a point person on the client side we can have regular communication with.

The upside: when we get the proper investment, both in budget and in time and access, we're able to reliably deliver great results for clients.
